Area 51 Western Pre-Conference

The Pre-Conference is open to all AA members. Hosted by District 12 and District 13. Lunch provided. BBQ contest. Please bring sides and/or desserts to share.
An opportunity to meet with the Delegate, Julie R., who represents the voice of our Area. We will discuss the agenda items of the upcoming General Service Conference to better inform the Delegate of the Area’s group conscience before the General Service Conference convenes in New York.
The Area 51 Pre-Conferences are events where all AAs can learn about and give their input on agenda items that will be discussed at the General Service Conference. They provide an opportunity to involve, inform, and inspire our members with a thorough understanding of the General Service Conference structure and process. Additionally, the Pre-Cons provide feedback from our membership on the challenges and opportunities facing AA as a whole. This interactive process comes alive with participation, discussion, and debate.
